A little context helps us understand the problem without asking you to repeat the basics.
- The product name (for example, MyCap) and version, if known.
- Your platform (Windows, iOS, or Android), device, and any relevant tracking or connected software.
- What you expected, what happened instead, and steps that reproduce the issue.
- An error message or screenshot, if useful. Please remove personal or sensitive information first.
Please never email passwords, payment card details, authentication codes, or private account credentials.
